- National support has been requested, including additional wildfire specialist appliances, officers, and tactical advisors.
- Around 50 people have accessed the rest centre for assistance
- Police continue to support road closures and evacuation preparedness, should it be needed
- Coordination is underway to transfer some road closure responsibilities to highways teams, releasing police capacity for evacuation activities
- No casualties or patients currently reported
- Medical support remains embedded within the response structure
- The rest centre continues to operate effectively and plans are in place to expand accommodation capacity if required
- Weather conditions remain challenging due to variable and changing wind directions
