Radar Museum preview invitation

 

 

Dear neighbours,

Good news! The Transmitter Block is soon to re-open. Before opening to the public, you are warmly invited to a preview on

Sunday 15 October 2017 2pm – 4pm

to view the refurbished and restored Block, see the exhibition and meet Lynette Burgess our Visitor Services Manager.

We hope to see you there. Please feel free to bring a friend or family member along.  Tea and cake will be available.

 If arriving by car, please park in the new car park near the Block.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of our funders including the Heritage Lottery Fund, Historic England, Garfield Weston and the Architectural Heritage Fund that have made the project possible.

Looking ahead to 2018, we will reopen at Easter (dates to be confirmed).

For your information, the 2017 opening dates are confirmed as follows

October       19/ 22/ 25/ 27/ 29             11am - 4pm each day

November   5/12/ 19/ 26                       11am – 4pm each day
