Both Hollesley and Bawdsey have Public Access Defibrillators, at the entrance to the Shepherd and Dog in Hollesley and outside the Village Hall in Bawdsey. These clever gadgets could help you save someone’s life and they tell you what to do when you switch them on. However, it’s much more effective if you’ve practised before, so we are running another training session. There will be video and live demonstrations and a chance to resuscitate a dummy by carrying out CPR yourself. So do come along, whether it’s your first time or you would just like a refresher.
